I don't see the point of this change. You can already be charged for DUI with a BAC under .08%. The .08% is just the line where there is no doubt about it. I think they should keep it where it is and just raise the existing penalties/fines.

I'm amazed that people actually think a 5 year old should be learning to use a gun. Regardless of whether or not it's with adult supervision, a 5 year old just isn't responsible enough to safely use a gun. Anybody who thinks so is a moron.
